Library Ambassador

To serve the library's users, students can join the library service team and become the library ambassadors. Students can apply at the beginning of the academic year.​

Library Service Team - Regulations

The purpose of this association is to serve classmates. Members should not participate in a playful mood.

The annual attendance rate of members must reach 80%, otherwise, the membership will be cancelled and the qualifications for the following year will also be affected.

Members must be serious and conscientious when you are on duty, and you cannot choose the type of work yourself.

​

Students who are often absent or have a bad attitude will be disqualified from the membership at any time. Except for special reasons, the on-duty arrangement cannot be changed, and members should not be absent or be late or leave early for no reason.

​

If you need to ask for leave, you must get permission from the group leader or the secretary of the association.

​

If the member asks for leave, it must be made up within two weeks. Members should also ask for leave beforehand. On duty time :

​

• Two breaks during wintertime, lunch (1:15-2:20)

• During summertime, there are two short breaks, lunch (12:40-13:40) ​

​​

The following days do not need to be on duty:

• Semester 1 uniform test and exam, Semester 2 uniform test and exam and the study week.

​

From the next day of AGM to the next day of AGM, all members of this year must be on duty according to this year's arrangement.

​

The names of members who attended 100% throughout the year will be listed on the notice board to show their praise, and they will be given gifts at the end of the year for encouragement.​​
